Wow, lotsa songs that I'm hearing tonite. Guess that's because I stayed in Facebook for quite a while before I started to write on my blog~hehe~
Anyways, since today was Mother's Day, so today could be counted as my mom's happiest day. Of course we all had to make her feel happy today. She's leaving for Philippines this Friday for some family thing to handle. Hehe, kinda excited to feel how is it like to live two weeks without my mom~can learn to be more independant~ 8D
Anyways, we started off this special day for all moms like any other Sunday, which is...go to church!!!! Of course, well, like any other Sundays (darn) we arrived late for the mass, so we ended up staying there for less than 30 minutes before we ran off. Teehee~ *kena smack*
Then we went to our all time favourite family hang out place, which is...HARTAMAS SHOPPING CENTRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we first arrived, we were being pulled like magnet by a special Mother's Day sale. There, lotsa special stuff were sold!!!! Clothers, awesome jewelleries, shoes, bags, presents for moms. We, of course, besides buying present for our mom, also bought some awesome jewellery. I bought a necklace with a music note pendant and diamonds encrusted bracelet~ lovely~Couldn't post up the pics though since lately don't know why the comps are being evil to me....REAL EVIL~
After that, we ate at the mamak shop (yes, mamak shop~the nicer one comes in later) after that, we spent rest of our time reading some books in the Times bookshop. Randomly picked out some interesting looking books before I indulged myself in a romance novel...nice~~ XD Love the storyline~ the characters and....practically everything!!!!!!! (yes, I'm reading romance novels!! well I'm a girl rite? Shud be normal for me to read romance novels instead of reading "Katekyo Hitman Reborn" and other action-related mangas~~)
Then, I came across the "Twlight" manhwa (the Korean term for manga). Finally got the opportunity to read the manga~yayyness~~
Interesting, coz the author drew Bella, Edward and the rest of the characters real different from what we see in the movie. After looking thru the whole thing, finally found out that the manhwa was drawn based on the novel storyline and not the movie, coz there was once scene in the novel, which is the blood type testing experiment one, that was shown in the manhwa but not in the movie. So it is 100% concluded that the manhwa was directly adapted from the novel and not from the movie. Phew, that's great coz if the manhwa is according to the movie, lotsa "Twilight" fans will be dying to strangle the author of the "Twilight" manga for differently drawing the characters' looks~ WHEEE~~~ volume one is up for now, so I'm waiting for volume two. If it keeps going til "Breaking Dawn", then maybe I could consider buying 'em just for fun?? Besides, the author drew Edward to be really HOT~~~
After that, went to my dad's office to download some rare songs that couldn't be found simply in some websites. We went to Victoria Station for our Mother's Day dinner, freakin fulll~~~
